Misaal started its Taleem in Initiative in order to strengthen its community reach. Over the period of time, since its inception, Misaal observed the need for providing support to the community it is working with.
The objective of the taleem center is to provide assistance to underprivileged kids who are unable to go to school, or lack support in guidance for the learning. Misaal taleem centers give safe space for these kids, providing daily classes of three hours wherein kids were taught and supported to learn basic numerical and language.
Misaal taleem teachers use the play-way method to teach the classes, incorporating four days of classroom learning and two days extracurricular activities. Apart from the learning, as the drop out rate in high in the children, Misaal taleem teachers put effort to help students get back to schools by using the “Right to education.”
Under the aegis of Misaal, currently, there are three taleem center functional in Uttar Pradesh, one each in Banda, Shamli, and Jaunpur, two in Bihar – Phulwarishareef and Patna city, one in Punhana, Haryana, and one in Bhopal Madhya Pradesh.
